Lorraine Sanabria Robertson is an author, nationally published freelance writer and creator of the blogs AskWifey.com and RunWifeyRun.Blogspot.com where she manages marriage, motherhood, all the mayhem. Her work has appeared in various publications including Heart and Soul, Upscale and Teen People magazines. She frequently pens parenting, marriage, travel and health related stories; and is the author of Help! I'm a Newlywed ... What Do I Do Now? Wife-Saving Advice Every New Bride Must Know to Survive the First Year of Marriage. In March 2009 she was featured on the Travel Channel’s “Great Cruises: Why Not The Mediterranean?” television show.

With more than 15 years of public relations experience Lorraine, the former director of publicity for LaFace Records, has contributed to the success of several superstar artists including OutKast, Usher, TLC and Toni Braxton. She also served as assistant director of communications at Spelman College where she was editor of the college newsletter, was on the editorial board for the college's publications, and remains a regular contributor to the Spelman Messenger, the school's alumnae magazine.

In 2010, Lorraine rekindled her love of running by finishing two half marathons and her first full 26.2 miles, The Marine Corps Marathon, where she tweeted live for the Washington Post online. She and her business partner also launched Get Moving!, a series of total body wellness initiatives for women dedicated to getting healthy and inspiring others to do the same. A social media enthusiast, Lorraine often speaks at blogging conferences and has worked with several high profile brands including Walt Disney World, Ronald McDonald Charities and Macy’s.

Happily married for 11 years, Lorraine lives in the Atlanta-metro area with her husband, Napoleon, and their children, Miles and Milan. Her life-changing wedding was featured on The Learning Channel’s popular television show, “A Wedding Story.”
